"Kindred Spirits" is one of two romantic books published by Droemer Knaur in Germany which have not found a home here in North America. It's set during the American Civil War, in Hendersonville, Tennessee, which I think makes it a little weird that the book has enjoyed more popularity in Europe than it has here. In any case, a number of readers have expressed a desire to read this book in English. I see no reason not to oblige.
