Welcome to the site devoted to the fan fiction of qIra julIyan, a human from the Delphi System who moved from the Genie System as one of the last occupants of a nearly deserted territory, and now maintains a nebulous existence in virtual space. She takes her name from Bajoran culture, but spells it in the Klingon fashion, being fluent in that language. For two years she shared a mountain cabin with the Immortal Duncan MacLeod, then a Topanga Canyon hilltop mansion in Los Angeles that she and Duncan deserted when Genie was destroyed. She has a black cat named Fionn MacCumhail. Her short story, Mulder Unbuttoned, won a Usenet award in 1996. She now enjoys retirement, and does not plan to write any more fan fiction.
